Description:3 MUST HAVES:-Previous construction, outdoor labor, or hands-on/building experience-Ability to identify and use basic hand and power tools-Ability to listen and follow instructions from experienced team membersCandidates will be travelling to different client sites each day/week and installing custom sunrooms and patio enclosures. These enclosures are pre-designed and candidates must be able to read and interpret instructions and blueprints and build the enclosure at the job site. A large bulk of projects are large window and door installations. This will require candidates to be able to use a tape measure to make custom cuts or building materials, and the ability to measure dimensions of rooms and areas. Candidates must be comfortable operating basic hand and power tools, including power saws, nail guns, sanders, hammers, drills, tape measures, levels, etc. Candidates will be on teams of 2 people to complete projects and must accurately follow directions from their supervisor.Skills:Install, Installation, carpentry, framing, measuring, building, hand and power tools, blueprint reading, finishing, construction, finish carpentry, troubleshooting, light electrical, door installation, window installation, painting, custom buildingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Candidates with previous construction labor or window and door installation experience typically do well in this role.Experience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
