Identify and decommission inventory. Support sales efforts by working with Brand Marketing on venue- and event-specific marketing materials, communications, and ticket allocations. Create approval processes and implement systems with gifting and entertainment policies in mind. Orders marketing materials under supervision of Event Marketing management and keeps inventory of all materials. Manages invoices.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Ensure management, fulfillment, distribution, and financial reconciliation of our ticket and merchandise inventory and hospitality experiences using our third-party ticket and inventory management software.

Establish approval processes and implement procedures with our Gifts and Business Entertainment Policies in mind.

Implement a consistent cadence of communications (pre and post event) for our clients and hosts who are receiving tickets and/or merchandise and oversee the creation of marketing collateral. 

Travel to events and provide on-site support, when needed.

Monitor communications from internal and external customers, especially during event hours and troubleshoot if necessary. 

Deliver insight and support for updates and improvements pertaining to the ticket process.

Communicate with ticket vendors on receipt of tickets and other assets to ensure delivery in a timely manner , secure calendar of events and other pertinent details to ensure our internal and external client experience is seamless.

Manage post analysis, compare ticket usage reports from venues against our ticket inventory software and provide stakeholders from Sales, Events and Finance with data points.

Collaborate with sales leader(s) to offer insights on client history, ensuring diverse engagement with clients.

Orders branded merchandise under supervision of senior manager and keeps inventory of all materials. Manages invoices.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime, as necessary.
