DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a seasonal Custodial Worker 1 at the Codorus State Park, you will take on a crucial role in preserving the beauty of our park's buildings and grounds. While you will primarily tackle daily tasks independently, collaborating with coworkers will be essential for managing larger projects effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the park's buildings, such as, restrooms, offices, overnight facilities, pool complex, and all other buildings with in the park. With this, you will be cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, floors, and walls, as well as, deep cleaning using a pressure washers, scrubbers, and other tools. Additionally, You may be asked to do grounds maintenance like mowing, weeding, picking up liter, sweeping paved areas, and cleaning grills. Cleaning the park's vehicles is also associated with this role. Your efforts will directly impact the enjoyment and satisfaction of every park visitor. Interested in learning more? Seasonal Full-time employment without benefits.

Shift hours and days vary due to operational need. Typical work hours are: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week
