DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs an Administrative Officer 2, you will be tasked with configuring and maintaining information contained in the Commonwealth's utility data management software system, developing and providing training and general support for system users, and be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide energy management system for Commonwealth facilities. Work includes directing and supervising a team responsible for processing utility invoices for payment approval. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program to assist Commonwealth personnel in the use of EnergyCAP and develop training materials to support the program. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Hours are flexible, to be discussed at interview.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Telework to be discussed at time of interview, 2-3 days a week at home after training. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as an Administrative Officer 1;or

Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree;or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirement:

You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Experience in using utility data management systems, such as EnergyCAP, for energy benchmarking, analytics, or reporting

Experience developing or delivering training programs, specifically in energy management or a related field

Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders, including teams, consultants, or utility companies, to meet energy efficiency or sustainability goals

Experience with energy rebate programs or similar initiatives, including helping organizations maximize these benefits

Experience in energy procurement strategy or policy implementation
