S&OP Supply Planner - F&M Product Line

Position Overview:

The role will partner with global Supply Chain, Finance, and the Products

teams to clearly communicate and connect demand profiles and product strategy with

supply chain capacity and constraints. The role will be responsible for establishing and

evolving monthly rhythms to analyze gaps to demand and monitor finished goods and

raw material inventory profiles at the product line and plant level. The role will be

expected to evolve the ability to identify and report key risks and opportunities to

management, while serving as a key leader in implementing a world-class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Supply Planner – F&M Product Line:Owns, develops and continuously evolves the monthly Supply Chain Review (SCR) for the F&M product line, integrating forecast data with Supply Chain capacities, identifying constraints in production (machine and labor) and supply (materials), as well as the risks and opportunities to arrive at a 24-month rolling consensus plan. Deliver clear and timely unconstrained demand forecasts resulting from monthly Commercial Demand Reviews (CDR’s), supply strategies and business priorities resulting from Product Portfolio Reviews (PPR’s) to Supply Chain on a monthly basis to facilitate the development and execution of the rolling 24-month plan.Forecast finished goods inventory for the product line at the plant level based on the rolling 24-month plan produced from the SCR.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to inventory, safety stocks and lead times, evolving current capabilities to create more-transparent communication of historical information, future targets and results that will drive accountability.Lead engagement with Supply Chain, Procurement and other Business Leaders to effectively communicate the consensus Supply Plan resulting from the SCR and associated risk and opportunities to stakeholders as part of the monthly Plan Consensus Review (PCR), in order to facilitate timely decision making.Engage with Product Management and other stakeholders quarterly as part of the PPR to receive input on changing product strategies, NPI and other initiatives. The role will also provide feedback and monitor key KPI related to strategic initiatives, as well as gaps between Strategy and the 24-month rolling consensus Supply Plan.Support Product Management, Supply Chain and other stakeholders in the development and maintenance of the Product Line level Medium Term Plan on an annual basis.Play a key role in proposal and fulfilment level priority escalations, working with stakeholders in the Commercial Team and CFS to help facilitate timely decision making that aligns with business priorities.Partner with various support functions to help implement methods and best practices related to the data, systems and processes that support improved forecasting and planning related to inventory, supply, and production, including on-time delivery metrics.Collaboration and Communication:Promote strong lines of respectful communication to work collaboratively and productively with all applicable employees such as products, projects, and services across all regions.Provide consistent, cross-functional leadership presence across the Product Line, working with all stakeholders to drive accountability through a disciplined and well managed S&OP process.Performance Metrics and KPIs:Meet milestones for the evolution and maturity of Supply, Consensus and Strategic level Planning for the F&M Product Line, with clear connection to driving accountability and results in the KPI’s.Risk Management:Identify potential risks in the Product Line Supply Plan as it relates to Demand and Strategy. Propose risk mitigation strategies and lead the engagement with leadership across the functions to drive action.

The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual

candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal

peer equity.  Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected
