Overseeing safety while in the waterpark. This includes effective training, supervision, and demonstration of a "think safe" attitude.
Communication of rule enforcement and facility standards to guests/employees.
Providing excellent service to guests using facilities.
Performing basic first aid on a regular basis with confidence.
Maintaining a professional image and attitude
Assist in promoting a positive environment and maintaining positive employee morale.
Perform the duties of a lifeguard upon request (caution swimmers of unsafe areas, rescue swimmers in distress, etc.)
Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Assist with lost children.
Assist in maintaining waterpark cleanliness.
Perform vigilance awareness/in service training in accordance with Jeff Ellis and Associates

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to assist management in meeting departmental goals.
Effective written and oral communication.
Maintain good physical condition.
Ability to perform duties of a lifeguard.
Understanding of proper incident reporting methods.
Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a large staff.
Capable of managing an emergency if the need arises.
Supervisory experience in an aquatic facility
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
