Receptionist

As Receptionist, you will be entrusted with front-office responsibilities that are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. We offer a salary starting at $15 per hour. This is a Part-Time position with working hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm. Every other weekend and some holidays are required.Manage all incoming phone callsGreet, direct and provide information or support to residents, staff and visitorsOversee mail and package distributionKeep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all timesMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryExecute computer-based tasks, office work, and special projects as assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with diligence and accuracy
