814-238-4000Job Position:Accounting AssistantPrimeCore Properties, LLC, is seeking an ambitious individual to join our team, working directly with the company's executive team and Controller in the State College, Pennsylvania office. This individual must have experience in financial accounting, real estate, and investments. Excellent analytical and professional business writing skills are required. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or equivalent accounting accreditation. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.What We're Offering:PrimeCore Properties LLC is a multi-generational real estate developer and operator. The founders have a combined 100+ years of experience in the real estate field. They are looking for individuals to help grow the organization yet also challenge the status quo of existing processes for improvement. The environment will be challenging yet fun, and individuals will get hands-on experience deploying capital into projects all the way to project exit post-closing.PrimeCore Properties development territory includes Ohio, Pennsylvania, western New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, South Carolina, and southeast Florida.Duties Will Include:

Prepare financial statements for multiple projects.

Generate monthly property financial statements for projects, companies, and investors.

Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable transactions for several entities.

Process monthly allocations and intercompany billings.

Monthly cash flow statements - for the different projects.

Assist in various administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed.

Review legal documents and confirm that equity structure in partnerships is accurately presented in waterfall statements to investors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of associate degree in finance and/or accounting; or equivalent preferred.

3-4 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience, preferably in multi-entity real estate companies.

Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred and/or more significant software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and a plus with knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Sage.

Able to learn quickly and then take tasks on and be able to run with them to the end.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Advanced Excel knowledge.

Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.

Capability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation:Compensation is a combination of competitive base pay (DOE) and discretionary performance bonusesJob Type: Full-timeCompensation Goal: $58,000 - $63,000 per yearBenefits:
