Working experience with viral vectors is required.
Conduct purification experiments utilizing ÄktaAvant systems.
Record and analyze experimental data, verify data integrity and accuracy.
Report/summarize findings to the project team.
Write technical documents and main work records in electronic notebooks.
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Hands-on experience in purification of proteins or biologics is required.
Broad knowledge in chromatography techniques and purification process development is required
Previous experience with transfer of a purification process to clinical and commercial GMP manufacturing is preferred.
Position is full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
