Site Manager (Relocation Required)

RELOCATION REQUIRED TO ARKANSAS, ARIZONA, COLORADO, IOWA, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO OR TEXASThis role oversees and is responsible for prompt and efficient service to our customers, maintains an acceptable degree of profitability for our company and utilizes the work force in a manner within customer specifications.  The primary responsibilities of this role are:Implementing and coordinating training and safety objectives Establishing and meeting production and financial goalsScheduling of plant personnelMaintaining clear dialogue with the customer to determine customer needs and services requiredDeveloping financial plan that achieves Company and plant goals, developing a Capital Budget Administering discipline concerning the violation of Company rules and regulationsOverseeing plant purchasing, plant/equipment maintenance, and plant/equipment repairs and partsDirecting all workforce personnel and functions, maintaining and oversees all daily operations of the plant, and direct and indirect supervision of all plant personnel and staff
