Responsibilities:
-Ensuring all QA and Regulatory programs are followed
-Routine Sampling and testing of product and materials at various stages of production
-Recognizing, identifying, documenting, and communicating all quality and food safety evaluation and processing checks
-Hands on experience conducting microbiological testing
-Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
