We need a superstar candidate with the following to work a 1st shift schedule with on-call responsibility
1. Ability to oversee a workforce of 30+ on 1st shift
2. Ability to take on-call responsibility after normal business hours
3. Previous experience in production environment or working for a staffing company (branch environment or onsite)
4. Reliable attendance and the ability to take ownership of your account
