Job Overview
-Seeking an experienced Sourdough Baker to start baking bread for online retail store. Knowledge of full baking process and required equipment needed.
Duties
- Prepare and Proof 150-200 Loaves of Sourdough Bread Per Week
- Develop and modify recipe as needed to maintain consistent product quality
- Create additional variety of Sourdough Bread Products (Rolls, Bagels, etc.)
Experience
- Knowledge of Sourdough baking
- Experience working in commercial facility producing larger volumes of bread
- Understanding of equipment required to produce anticipated volume of product
This job can accommodate for a flexible schedule as the times needed to come in to prepare the bread depend on proofing time and baking time.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
