BH-378706Our locally recognized end client is in need of an Operations Support Specialist for a 12-month ONSITE CONTRACT
opportunity. This is a full time (40 hour per week) position which requires the ability to work first shift 7-3:30 PM EST and pays a RANGE
of $18-20/hr W2.What You Will Be Doing:Using and maintaining relational databases and other reporting tools to compile, calculate, track, report and clean-up data pertaining to various reoccurring processes which may include, but are not limited to, water plant operations, capital programs, field projects, work orders, regulatory compliance, and employee records.

High school diploma with post high school coursework in secretarial science, business, finance or accounting REQUIRED; associates level degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering PREFERRED.
5 years overall work experience with at least 3 years' experience in accounting, payroll or administrative support work REQUIRED.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications including MSWord, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and email management systems (Lotus Notes/MS Outlook) REQUIRED.
Knowledge of specific payroll systems, i.e. JD Edwards, preferred Knowledge of water or utility industry PREFERRED.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Orcom, PREFERRED.
