Bailey’s Septic Service & Portable Toilet Rentals, a fifth-generation family-owned business, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. If you have experience with QuickBooks, strong organizational skills, and professional phone/email etiquette, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and account management.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Maintain organized records and administrative files.
Help management with various office tasks as needed.
Willing to learn and understand the septic and portable toilet industry.
Requirements:
Prior experience with QuickBooks is required.
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Proficiency in email correspondence and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
