Receive a $1,000 caregiver new hire bonus (must be in good standing and worked a minimum of 8 ongoing visits in first 30 days), Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, 401k matching, and $700 ongoing for every caregiver referral. What’s needed? Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required) Must have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN Must have two professional references All Care Pros are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to provide care to Clients. Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply). Complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations. Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android. Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
