Qualifications must include
desire to provide excellent service to guests
competency and experience in food and drink service
willingness to gain expert knowledge about the dining and wine menus in order to answer customer questions and to increase sales
ability to interact positively and cooperatively with other staff
neat appearance and excellent personal care
references required
