We have openings for the role of Production Operator on 1st/2nd Swing shifts (7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm).
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper running and cleaning of production equipment for the safe manufacture of powder coatings.
You may be placed in Grinding, Extrusion, or other production areas.
Your duties will include taking ownership of production assets, performing daily production and preventative maintenance tasks, reporting safety and quality issues, and ensuring all production targets are met.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned depending on whether you are placed as a Weigh-Up Operator, Extruder Operator, or ICM Operator.
Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Reading, Pennsylvania.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a climate-controlled setting. You'll be working within a team of approximately five people per section.
