I needsomeone to do thefollowing jobs in my two-story house in Penn Estates in EastStroudsburg, PA. The dimensions of thefirst floor is 800 square feet (32 feet by 25 feet). There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the second floor. You can do one more more jobs pending on your skills:
1. I need someone to replace or repair my roof. Photos (Roof 1-Roof 5) show the general conditions of the roof. Some rakes, hips, and drip edges, and decking/board needs to be replaced orreinforced. There is a hole on the roof.
2. I need someone to install or repair gutters and downspouts.
3. I need someone to remove and dispose of all personal belongings, furniture, beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, stove,fridge, washer and dryer, trash, and everythingelse that are shown in the remainingphotos.
4. I need someone to remove/rip carpet, carpet pads, carpet nails for the entire house. Broom clean the house
5. I need someone to tear down and dispose of thesheetrock for the ceiling (where the fan is), kitchen, and Room 3 (partial or entire).
