We are ( RBAtransformations.com ) currently seeking laborers, carpenters, and individuals for all construction-related positions. We are in need of manpower, skilled individuals with experience, or those willing to work hard and learn on the job. The starting pay is $15 per hour for a 3-day trial period, with the potential to earn $18 or more per hour after the trial days are completed. We offer cash pay on a weekly basis. We are a small family ran business and treat all employees like family. If we finish jobs earlier than planned, which is often, we provide bonuses for everyone on that sites team. Lunch varies per job as well, being from a 30min paid lunch break or an hour unpaid lunch break. Work hours vary from job to job but the earliest start is 7/8am and latest start is 9/10am.
