The Assistant Dining Room Manager will provide strong support to the Dining Room Manager.
This position will assist with the various functions associated with the Main Inn Dining Room, Mahogany Lounge and events hosted in the Stoneroom. Provide leadership to staff to ensure the highest level of customer service to guests. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, supervisory skills to manage staff, coordination of multiple projects, accurate record keeping, work with minimal supervision, create and lead a team of approximately 15 - 20 staff members. The assistant must also have a good background in mixing drinks and be knowledgeable with current PA liquor laws.
Computer knowledge/skills - Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
Schedule includes weekends and most holidays.
