I have a home in Towamensing trail community and looking for a house cleaner for my upcoming air bnb rental. The house cleaner should live no more than 30 mins away and have similar experience and references. Pay is $150 per cleaning, if you do this in 2 hours, that’s $75.00 an hour.
It’s a 3 bedroom with 4 total beds, the bedrooms are on the second floor. Some beds may not be used every time, depending on a renter. There are 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and two living rooms that will need to be cleaned (swept, mopped, dusted or vacuumed). I can provide all the cleaning supplies. The bathroom supplies for the guests need to be monitored and restocked after each use. The kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar) need to be restocked, too. Laundry needs to be done as well, clean and dry sheets can be left in the dryer if there’s little time. There’s is a washer and a dryer and detergent on site.
You must take pictures of all cleaned areas as proof of work done. Excellent communication is a must!
There are a couple of bookings already for this summer, I anticipate it will get more as the time goes by.
I can pay by Venmo or Zelle after I receive pictures of each cleaned room.
