Job Description:
This role will be partly remote and partly in-person.
Remote tasks include:
Ordering items online for our homes
Ensuring cleaners show up to their scheduled jobs and properly report via the Turno app
Coordinating cleaning inspections and payments for services rendered
Ability to schedule appointments as needed
Misc. tasks
In-person tasks include:
Dropping off toiletries and other supplies at homes
Organizing cleaning closets
Reporting inventory
Assisting with miscellaneous onsite tasks
Requirements:
Must have a car and reliable transportation
Must have a fully functional laptop with home Wi-Fi and a camera for weekly meetings
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to think big and streamline processes for simplicity
Experience in short-term rental cleanings is a plus

Cleaner Job Details:
Clean luxury short-term rental homes to a 5-star standard.
Ensure homes are guest-ready, paying special attention to cleanliness and presentation.
Use the Turno app to report on each cleaning, upload photos, and provide feedback after each job.
Replenish consumables (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as needed.
Communicate any issues or maintenance needs to the operations team.
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience, especially in short-term rentals, is required with verified referrals.
Must have a smartphone capable of using the Turno app for reporting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Reliable transportation to and from properties.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
