Job Description

RoleoverviewTheFinanceInternwillmakean impact across many areasof arecently-publiccompany in the fast-growing Health Care IT space.Working within Financial Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis, they will supportsales activities and customer contracting, procurement activities and vendor management, forecasting and budgeting and special projects as the need arises.Using finance and accounting core skills, the intern willcontribute to our ongoing growth and successandgain exposure to many areas of Accolade, including Legal, Sales, Customer Partnerships, People & Culture and Actuarial.

A day in the life…The FinanceTeam has a wide variety of impactful responsibilities. The FinanceIntern will support the team in the following areas:

  • Sales and contracting support, for new and existing customers
  • Procurement activities, including vendor contracting and vendor contract management
  • Revenue and cash receipts forecasting, spend forecasting
  • Support analysis of employee benefits spend and employee stock plans
  • Ad hoc analyses and special projects

Qualifications

What weare looking for…

  • Major in finance, accounting or related field of study
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Excel ninja
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask
