local Real Estate investor and landlord looking for skilled laborer to assist in maintaining and remodeling rental apartments. Job will consist of assiting in all aspects of home remodeling. Working along side my carpenter, as well as on you own.
Experience and general knoweldge of home remodeling required.
Must be dependable, teachable, and have a good attitude.
General hand tools and work gloves required. I will supply any other tools that are needed.
A drivers license and your own vehicle is preffered, but not required.
Currently, most of my apartments are in Mt. Washington, Dormont, Mckees Rocks and Crafton. Most of the work will be in these areas.
Job is part time, but could easily go to full time if we are doing a large project.
Pay is 1099, payable by check or venmo on Friday. No Cash
