Enlightened Remodeling is a design oriented, fast growing residential remodeling and construction company. We are seeking to additional laborer or medium skill level remodelers to our ass kicking team.
Additionally, we are considering hiring a full or part time driver to bring materials and haul trash. This position could be full or part time.
YOUR HOURS:
We are ideally seeking full-time people however, we are also interested in building relationships with part-time guys that would want to come in for a few days a week, or for a job at a time. The pay rate would be the same, and it would be hourly to wages. For full-time we work 40 hours a week - M-Th 7am-5:30pm with lunch in between. Fri, Sat, Sun off.
YOUR PAY:
W-2 $18-25/hour to start. Based on skill. We also offer bonuses if jobs are completed in a certain number of hours. these bonuses translate on average to an extra four dollars an hour per job.
YOUR JOB & CO WORKERS:
We do general construction but mainly designer kitchens and bathrooms. You would be part of another team. Everybody in the company is a little bit younger and people have upbeat, positive attitudes. We like what we do.
THE COMPANY & CULTURE:
I had a mentor tell me once - "The bar is so low in construction that most of the time if you just show up on time and do the bare minimum you will probably beat out most other guys." It is true - construction is full of unsocialized morons. Enlightened is the complete opposite of that. We show up on time, we work hard, we laugh, and most of all we are passionate about what we do. And we really go above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable in their homes.
But beyond just talking about it - in addition to our core work crew, we have a full time project manager, full time salesman, and full time kitchen and bath designer. The jobs are usually in the city or north. However, they can be anywhere within an hour radius of East Liberty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-We are seeking someone who is semi-experienced, has a goal of advancing, understands attention to detail, and is not afraid to work 4 10 hour days, off aon Friday.
-Has a positive mindset, takes care of their body, has a good sense of humor, good ethics, likes people.
-Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle (truck or van strongly preferred)
-Smartphone
-has some tools
-Are comfortable talking and communicating with team members and senior leaders.
-Has reliable transportation.
