We need maintenance guys. We work 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off. That means 4 days of 4am to 4 pm with 4 days off, then 4pm to 4 am, then 4 days off. Basically 2/3rds of our pay is bonus, so it looks like crap pay on paper, but we make good money. Personally haven't made under $120k in 8 years.

Our day to day is walking the line and looking for issues. We grease a really hot furnace, which you'd do one time out of eight working days. That's the worst part of the job. Otherwise it's looking at the equipment and making sure it's working ok. When you find an issue, we talk about how to correct it and if we need to shut down our not to fix it.
You'll probably (will) get dirty, so not a pure electrician job.
We have good welders, so if you're more electrically included, you'll probably have a partner to do the welding. You'd do some welding, but really basic stuff. We'd teach you that.
It's the normal stuff you'd see in a job posting:
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Electrical
Welding
Mechanical
Etc.
But, our job pays well.
We get issued uniforms, so you're not destroying you own clothes.

They refused ppl for having outstanding child support, DUI, and failing drug tests, which are mouth swabs, so nothing in the past couple weeks.
