We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as misc. repairs, preventative maintenance, and repairs to convenience store properties, gas station properties, car wash properties, and other commercial properties.
We have properties in 6 counties that will be serviced. But this hire is for mainly Fayette county properties.
Could be minor concrete repairs, drywall repairs, door hardware, FRP, painting, caulking, minor electric, minor plumbing and more.

Experience working maintenance at gas stations and convenience stores is a plus.
You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are clean and functional.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge.
You will perform Preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, beverage equipment, gas station pumps, and coolers. We can show you how to do this.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform cleaning activities such as pressure washing, pump cleaning, and exterior cleanliness.
Perform minor fuel pump repairs, nozzle replacement, filter changes We can train on how to do this
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, hinges
Check control panels and electrical wiring (this might be too high level) to identify issues - Not a requirement to be hired
Perform minor fixes such as repairing door closers, weather stripping, dumpster enclosure repairs, caulking, rubber roof patching.
Perform minor appliance and equipment repair and maintenance
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, water filters, fuel filters, furnace filters, clean out gutters, patch concrete cracks, cold patch asphalt.
Follow preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, Water filtration, slushy equipment, and fuel filter changes. We will train if needed
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation, fuel, register) We will train if needed
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs and asking for additional work that needs completed that was not assigned.
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for any issues
Some other possible scopes of work, but not everyday:
Repair and finish damaged drywall
Re-paint walls
Replace or repair wooden fencing around dumpsters behind stores
Cold patch asphalt pot holes
Epoxy cracks in concrete
Replace railings
Replace bollards
Replace rotted wood on property fencing
Siding repairs
Some cabinet repairs
Replace rubber cove base
Hang dry-erase boards
Replace broken mirrors
Replace paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, hand dryers, and cup dispensers.
Replace or repair downspouts that may have been hit by trucks
Experience Requirements
Proven experience in a relative or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, no schooling or license required, just basic knowledge
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic hand tools required
On call flexible schedule required - Emergency calls are far and few between
Experience in cloud based mobile software application preferred, training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
Any experience with coffee machines, slushy machines, or other convenience store equipment is a plus.
Compensation
Wage based on experience
Take home van and gas card provided
