Tennis Roofing and Asphalt Inc. is looking for a full-time employee with experience to work as a Commercial Roofing & Commercial Asphalt Estimator.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license
Strong communication skills are a must as this position will need to communicate with the sales team, the project team, and the client.
Provide accurate roof measurements, arrive to sites on time, take photos, and enter information into estimating program
Capable of working independently
Ability to understand company safety policies and how they affect the estimation and bid processes
Possess technical skills to enter information in the company software system
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills when meeting clients.
Physical demands include climbing ladders, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, and kneeling as needed to complete essential job functions.
Responsibilities:
Visit 3-4 sites a day.
Maintain a complete understanding of all contract information prepared and presented by the company
Measurements, drawings, and digital photos.
Act as a liaison to the sales and operations department to ensure a proper handoff from sales to operations to provide the best customer experience possible.
Able to adapt to changing requests in a timely and professional manner.
