POSITION DESCRIPTION – TWO CHATHAM CENTER
ELTEQ MANAGEMENT GARAGE ATTENDANT
The purpose of the Garage Attendant is to assist management with the maintenance of the parking garage and be the safe and visual deterrent from any mischievous activities. All positions within the parking garage are highly visible, public positions that often serve as the first point of contact with Two Chatham Center and its management and staff.

GENERAL RESPONSIPILITIES
Assist tenants and guests in any way needed as our guidelines allow.
Report on time and begin tour immediately; continue through the end of shift. Must be in uniform.
Must be able to respond to emergencies.
Maintain constant patrol of garage – with tours every 60 minutes as required by municipal ordinance – except when assigned other duties.
Occasionally assist with directing traffic during large events nearby.
Monitor and report any parking violations within the Garage.
Maintain garage related forms.
Prepare Incident Reports as needed.
Maintain garage equipment.
General cleaning duties.
Provide Keep a close look out for suspicious actors by observing, detecting, deterring, and reporting undesirable behaviors.
