Apartment Maintenance Technician wanted for a senior apartment building in Mount Washington, PA.
- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing work orders
- Refurbishing turnovers
- Assist with cleaning common spaces
- Grounds maintenance
- Emergency On-Call rotation required
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
$19/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k + Matching and AFLAC
