We are a small Commercial Property Management company in Seven Fields, PA and we are looking for a Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for many operational and financial aspects of the properties in the office park. This includes interacting with our tenants, helping to coordinate tenant maintenance requests, maintaining lease files, bookkeeping and other general office duties.
Responsibilities
Assist outside vendors and facilities manager with property issues
Interacting with tenants and manage tenant needs
Recording rent receipts
Bill payments for the properties
Maintaining Lease files and tracking leasing activities
Other general office duties
Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills
Enjoys interacting with Others
Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong Problem solving skills
Detail-oriented
Prior bookkeeping experience a plus, but not requires
Must have or being willing to acquire (at company's expense) a PA Real Estate license
Must have or be willing to acquire (at company's expense) a PA Notary license
