About the Job
Are you an experienced residential property manager with a strong background in handling tenant evictions and other similar hearings related to property management and residential tenants?
In this role, you'll manage essential legal processes related to tenant evictions and code violations. You'll be responsible for meticulously preparing cases, ensuring we're fully ready for every step, from initial filings to court appearances.
What You'll Do
Comprehensive Case Preparation: You'll meticulously gather, organize, and prepare all necessary paperwork, documentation, and information for landlord/tenant cases. This means ensuring complete readiness for legal proceedings.
Eviction Filing & Management: Accurately prepare and file landlord/tenant cases and eviction court filings in accordance with Pennsylvania law. You'll manage continuances and ensure all deadlines are met with precision.
Court Representation: Prepare comprehensive case summaries and represent the company at tenant eviction hearings and code hearings as needed. Your thorough preparation will be key to successful outcomes.
Legal Expertise Application: Apply your expert knowledge of residential landlord/tenant law in Pennsylvania, particularly concerning rent delinquency and lease violations, to guide our actions.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain thorough and organized records of all legal correspondence, filings, and case-related documents. Your organizational skills will keep our legal operations smooth.
What You Bring
Proven Pennsylvania LT Law Experience: Strong, proven experience with Pennsylvania residential landlord/tenant law is essential.
Eviction Process Mastery: Demonstrated experience with the entire landlord/tenant eviction filing and court process in Pennsylvania.
Meticulous & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Reliable & Responsible: You're a responsible professional capable of managing your tasks from home, meeting deadlines, and contributing consistently to our team's efforts.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you'll be coordinating with various team members and external parties.
