We are national boutique escrow firm that provides escrow and paymaster transactions in the following fields;
- Investment (Regulation D and A offerings)
- Commodity Transactions - Collateral Enhancement
- Securities (credit swaps, repo loans)
- Project Financing
We are seeking to add an attorneys or accountants that have professional experience in financial fields.
Applicants Should;
- Have an existing IOLTA or fiduciary account at a bank or institution.
- Be willing to open separate accounts depending on transactional needs.
- Have a strong existing relationship with a bank or institution.
- Have a history of handling and processing large escrows or payments.
To be successful, applicants must maintain a strong relationship with the holding institution, which can include meetings with the bank manager or compliance department.

- Applicants with no transaction experience
- Applicants with no relationship with a bank or institution
How Paymaster Transactions Work:
Applicants must;
- Coordinate with the receiving bank to make sure funds are processed in a timely manner. Deposits will be received by wire transfer, bank transfer and physical check.
- Keep records of all payments, and notify us promptly with any issues.
- Monitor the account to make sure deposits fully clear and are credited.
How Escrow Transactions Work
Applicants must;
- Abide by the terms of the agreed escrow agreement.
- Notify the home office when terms of the escrow agreement are met, and funds can be released from escrow.
-Coordinate with clients and keep them updated with status.
Pay
This is a commission based job, where applicants will make 2.5% of all dispersement(s). Expectations of volume should be a minimum of $3m per month starting off, which equates to $75,000.00 per month. For the right applicants, with experience and relationships, we will consider a salary as well. This is a remote work opportunity and a great way to supplement income to your existing firm.
