Looking for Laborers and Foreman to join our young , stable, growing business team! Seeking positive, motivated, hard working individuals who want a career with growth potential. We provide a reuse of concrete through our lifting, stabilizing and maintaining of structurally sound existing concrete, saving customers cost and eliminating unnecessary energy use of alternative methods. We also provide unique options for foundation repair.
Skills
-Concrete experience preferred but not necessary.
-Good understanding of general construction.
-Maintain company standards of workmanship and attitude.
-Maintain neat and clean job site, as well as trucks and equipment.
-Coordinate with Foreman/Laborer & Project Manager to achieve daily project goals
-Can take direction and work efficiently.
-Can ask questions when project is unclear.
-Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
-Maintain a safe work environment for all workers, at all times.
-Continually improve work flow efficiencies
-Provide friendly customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Able to Lift up to 80 lbs consistently
-Valid driver license and must be insurable
-Able to pass drug and background test
-Reliable
