Home cleaning: monthly, 3p or later consistent start time

Need fit, efficient, experienced, hard worker(s) w clean legal history, references attesting to their integrity & work quality, PADL, & own transportation. Home requires 5-6 hrs for 1 to clean, 2.5-3 hrs for a team of 2. Home is always kept very clean, is heavily furnished & accessorized, pets include 2 cats (1 is an Angora) & 8 parrots, 1 resident is allergic to dust & cats, plus there's a 12' x 24' aviary housing birds in natural habitatsso cleaning must be comprehensive & meticulous. Pet cleaning & hygiene is done daily by owners. All rooms, including aviary, receive the standard cleaning. Heavy housecleaning is due to be done, & more detailed cleaning within aviary would be welcomed & will be offered. Pre-Employment Hiring procedure that must be passed successfully includes: 1. phone interview (phone number & convenient CB times needed), 2. background check (bday & SS# needed), 3. scheduled visit w contracts to sign on site at this time if interested (General Policy & Procedure, Privacy & Confidentiality, & Hold Harmless).
