Preferred Cleaning Systems is hiring several team members. Cleaning duties include general cleaning of post construction homes. Cleaning duties include windows, wipe cabinets, doors, vents, baseboards, floors etc. Vacuum carpet, clean hardwood, vac out utility rooms, sweep. We are a post construction cleaning company, cleaning homes/luxury apartments BEFORE the customer move in. A few of our customers include Ryan Homes, McQueen Custom Homes, Charter Homes, Aim Construction, AR Building Co. and Traditions of America. Our crews work Monday through Friday (daylight). PCS DOES NOT work weekends, holidays, or evenings. You do not need a license. We leave Harmar area around 6 am. We drive together in company van. Paid lunch and drive time between jobs.
