Our team is looking for a dependable and experienced Commercial Cleaner. Even if you do not have experience, we are willing to train the right candidate! You will provide custodial services to various commercial properties, including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, disinfecting surfaces and emptying trash bins as needed. This is a flexible, part time, Monday-Friday evening cleaning position. We currently have open positions in the Cranberry Township and Wexford Areas.
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning etc)
Clean restrooms and public areas
Disinfect surfaces
Vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash bins
Clean windows and mirrored surfaces as needed
Dust shelves and other surfaces as needed
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity
High school degree
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Must have reliable transportation
