Jack Frye Sales & Service is looking for outstanding talent to join our growing team. We are a sales and service provider to various industries, with our primary focus in hospitality. We develop, implement, and maintain cleaning and sanitization programs. Our customers include restaurants, hotels, personal care homes, schools, and institutions among many others. Jack Frye Sales & Service supplies our customers with warewashing equipment and all necessary chemical to ensure they can safely and efficiently serve their own customers.
Your role:
After training, you will be assigned your own, existing area of restaurants, hotels, and more. You serve as the face of our company for your customers, providing recommendations on their cleaning and sanitation processes and programs to create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments to ensure they stay compliant with health department code and provide their guests with a top-notch experience. As you continue to learn and grow into your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of your customers in the areas of: route work, machine preventative maintenance, and installations.

Your focus:
Provide preventative maintenance to customer equipment
Provide necessary chemical and auxiliary products as required by the customer following a regular route schedule
Service customer equipment using learned mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
Complete paperwork on time to fulfill position responsibilities
Build and maintain trust and relationships with your customers
Identify other areas where we may be of help to your customers with our company’s complementary services
Experience to bring:
You like to fix things. You possess the mechanical aptitude to learn how to install, fix and maintain dish machine and chemical dispensing equipment
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve on the spot
Ability to troubleshoot broken equipment and find a resolution
A desire to work hard and know you will be compensated fairly
A positive mental attitude
You are a self-starter and like to work independently – you don’t need a boss looking over your shoulder to get things done
A willingness to learn
An interest in local market area travel with the use of a company vehicle
