We're a small but growing Asian fusion meal prep business based in Pittsburgh looking for a hardworking, honest, and reliable cook to join the team.
This is not your typical 9-5 kitchen job. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial – someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and grow with us. Recipes are provided, but to take full advantage you'll need to work independently and take initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cooking and portioning out weekly meal prep orders (menus provided)
Keeping a clean, organized kitchen space
Occasionally helping out with local pop-ups or events
Marketing as needed
Details:
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Starting Pay: $15/hr (with quick raise potential based on performance and reliability)
Hours: Part-time to start, flexible hours – not a set 9-5
Room to grow into a leadership or management role in a short timeframe
Requirements:
Cooking experience preferred but extensive exp. not required
Independent and self-motivated
Punctual and detail-oriented
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Have experience with Asian cuisine
Can drive and help with occasional deliveries or events
