Along with our Menu items person is responsible for making a Soup Du Jour, Chili and one daily Special. Prep work, Cleanup and ordering food.
We're a small restaurant, we only serve lunch from 11:00-2:00 so its part-time and we only have seating for 35 people. Average lunches served is anywhere from 15-30 a day.
