A dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a food service environment. Their duties include washing items by hand and using a dishwasher, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed.
Detail cleaning assignments are general house keeping at a Restaurant: Dry sweeping and wet mopping floors, washing walls, sanitizing railings doors, fixtures, cleaning and stocking restrooms
