Applicants should have the following, but not limited to:
2-3 years line cook experience
Basic knowledge of cooking to temp, basic recipes and correct use of kitchen equipment
Availability to work morning, nights and weekends as schedule can vary
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs, unassisted
Serve Safe certification is a plus, but not required
$16-19/hr based on experience.
One Week paid vacation after 12 mos of consecutive employment!
