Job Title: Assistant Kitchen Manager/Line Cook

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Location: Boyers, Pa.

Compensation: Generous hourly wage plus benefits, including:

Job Summary:

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager/Line Cook, you will play a vital role in helping to run the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality meals with a smile. Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations: Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Menu Planning: Collaborate on meal and specials planning to create exciting and delicious options for our guests.

Preparation: Perform daily prep tasks to ensure readiness for breakfast and lunch service.

Line Cooking: Work on the line during breakfast and lunch meal periods, maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to foster a supportive and efficient environment.

Standards and Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is preferred but not required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the needs of the kitchen and take initiative when necessary.
