Accenture is seeking a Procurement Operations Solution Architect Manager to design and implement complex solutions that optimize procurement operations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our strategic partners and internal teams to deliver customized BPO solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. The Solution Architect Manager role is a client facing position responsible for interpreting and translating client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings.Key Responsibilities:
This person is the single point of contact.
Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables, and the right collection of offerings.
Source To Contract: Work with the analytics and modeling teams to shape STC initial estimates. Work with practice leads to firm up savings and staffing estimates.
Procure To Pay: Oversee the offshore teams in building standard INSPIRE models. Work with delivery stakeholders (onshore and offshore) to get alignment on solution.
Prepare the spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource sourcing plan.
Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups and align the solution with final terms and conditions.
Collaborate with delivery executives to get alignment on the solution.
Ensure there is alignment between commercial, contractual, regulatory and legal commitments between the various internal stakeholders.
Ensure every solution component meets the client requirements and any technology and innovation investments have a return on investment.
Interface with the delivery organization s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver.
Ensure delivery architecture is implemented according to policies standards and solution is benchmarked externally.
Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace intelligence trends, competition etc. in order to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools and techniques that can be effectively utilized to develop and promote business.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Sourcing and Category management, Procure to Pay
Minimum of 4 years' experience with solution planning, and deal shaping
