Gain experience in a wide range of sophisticated legal issues – which includes, but is not limited to: intellectual property, regulatory and compliance matters, and commercial contracting.
Prepare and provide training on basic legal and compliance matters with a variety of legal and business teams.
Perform legal analysis and research related to various legal issues as needed to support the business and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
Analyze and draft policies, regulations, and comments, and analyze their possible legal impacts with outstanding attention to detail.
Attend internal meetings, coordinate with staff to develop agendas, and ensure accurate follow-up and output, including meeting summaries.
Start Date: This internship is set to begin June 2025 for a duration of ten (10) weeks – dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.Compensation & Relocation: Our JD internships offer an hourly rate between $30.50 - $41.00 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.How will you get here?
Graduate student completing JD degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
