Family Support Partner - Gastrointestinal Patients

Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is hiring a Family Support Partner who will work as part of the team to assist young people with chronic constipation struggles. The Family Support Partner will provide intensive levels of peer support, information, and teaching to the parents/caregivers to help strengthen their natural support system. The Family Support Partner will support positive outcomes for the youth and family.
