Jul 16, 2024DescriptionThis position will be responsible for mentoring 3-4 course design project teams for Evidence-Based Educational Design. You will meet with and provide feedback to the teams for up to 20 hours a month, advising them as they design a 10-hour learning experience. You will meet weekly with each team, meet regularly with the other course design project mentors to share best practices, offer in-depth feedback to each team on each project step (roughly biweekly), and provide support at key in-person events (e.g., final presentations, local class field trips). The successful candidate must be intimately familiar with the METALS program, the Evidence-Based Educational Design course, the course design project, and the program's learning objectives and goals.Qualifications
MS in Learning Science and Educational Technology
1 or more years industry experience as a learning designer, learning scientist, instructional designer, project manager, product manager, user experience designer, or learning experience designer
Experience with the METALS program strongly preferred
