Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
-Practical experience in an architectural firm setting in leu of education is acceptable.
-2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design.
-Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
-Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with Photoshop and the Adobe Suite.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for design.
Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our team.
-As a designer, you will work closely with our project leads and contribute to various commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
-Your expertise in architectural software and design tools will be crucial to our success.
-You will collaborate with project teams to develop architectural design.
-You will create detailed drawings, renderings, and visualizations using Revit and AutoCAD.
-You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
-You will utilize Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation and communication.
-You should be able to enhance visual presentations using Photoshop and the Adobe Suite.
Salary & Benefits:
$35K to $60K (depending on experience and skill level)
Note: This is a 1099 contract position which may turn into a Full-Time position for the right candidate.
