Bridgeville Appliance is looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our Service/Parts Department.

SR’s are responsible for assisting customers in finding the proper service and/or parts for their appliance repairs.

SR’s will work directly with the Service Department manager and the Service Technicians to assure the appropriate

Service and/or parts are scheduled to resolve all issues.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls to Service/Parts Department.

Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolutions.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Skills

Proven customer support experience is desired not required.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High School Degree.
